In 2025, Olger van de Vliet and Mart Deinum were both building high-end WordPress websites using Elementor. Animations were often the bottleneck:

too heavy, too complex, or disconnected from real user experience and conversion goals. Existing solutions focused on visual effects, but rarely on performance, structure or usability for real projects. So instead of stacking plugins or writing one-off scripts for every site, we decided to build something we could rely on ourselves. That became EaseKit.
